This is not a ground level and there is no access from the street, so enjoy the sun, grow your own flowers and vegetables, and be able to entertain outside.

UPDATING This complex was remodelled 3 years ago, so appliances, flooring, etc is new. I put a higher grade paint and carpet into this unit as well, and chose the upgraded stainless appliances in the kitchen. There is a total of 6 appliances. A full engineering report was done at the time of the remodelling, so you can be assured of the quality and condition of the building.

THE UNIT - This is an end unit with the mail room on one side and the parkade below. There is a huge master bedroom (approx 14X11), walk through closet to the large bathroom (approx 10X6 1/2), with front load laundry. The large kitchen area includes a bar, the second bedroom has a full closet and sliding pocket doors so you can use it as a TV room instead of a bedroom. THE FLOOR - The building is built into a hill. You walk into the main entrance and it is the 3rd floor. The front door is steps away from the main entrance making moving or loading anything much easier... no elevator is required. On the side of the building where the unit is, there are 2 other floors below, and the building sits 1/2 way up a hill, so there is no ground access to the unit and you are high enough for a spectacular view.

It is an excellent investment with the predicted 2010 apartment shortage and rentals and pets allowed.
