Well not to worry, the fully renovated washroom solves that problem with toasty heated floors. Turn it all the way up and your feet will sweat so watch out. It’s within walking distance to parks (including dog parks), schools (two of them) and shopping (safeway, chapters, food, etc.) With Dalhousie LRT (c-Train) station nearby downtown is only 20 minutes away and hassle-free. Stony Trail and Crowchild are minutes away giving you accessibility to all other major trails / highways in Calgary.

The neighbourhood is very safe and the next door neighbours are great. There’s not too much traffic on the road or noise coming from the other houses. The Calgary trail system is directly behind the house so you can venture off on a walk as you please.

It’s 1.1 km (a 10 minute walk or short 2 minute bus ride on route 22 or 122 from bus stop 4018) to Dalhousie Station Shopping Centre featuring dry cleaning, a dollar store, Safeway, TD Bank, Liquor Depot, Starbucks, Subway, Chapters, Boston Pizza, Dairy Queen and Earls.
